Privacy Policy
1→10, Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") has established the following privacy policy regarding the handling of user information, including personal information, in "ZIG SIM" (the "App") provided by us. We build a framework for protecting personal information and promote its protection by ensuring that all employees recognize the importance of and are committed to protecting personal information.
Article 1 – Privacy Information
"Personal Information" within privacy information refers to "personal information" as defined under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, and means information about a living individual that can identify a specific person by name, date of birth, address, country, phone number, contact details, or other descriptions contained in that information.
"Usage History and Characteristic Information" within privacy information refers to information other than "Personal Information" as defined above, and includes history of services and software used, products purchased, pages and advertisements viewed, search keywords, date and time of use, method of use, usage environment, postal code, gender, occupation, age, IP address, cookie information, location information (including GPS location), and device identification information.
Article 2 – Collection of Privacy Information
We may ask for personal information such as name (including username), address, country, phone number, and email address when a user contacts us.
We collect usage history and characteristic information—including history of services, software, and products used or purchased, pages viewed, date and time of use, method of use, usage environment (including communication status and configuration settings when using a mobile device), IP address, cookie information, location information, and device identification information—when users use our services or view our pages.
In providing the App, we also collect the following information (collectively, "App Data"):
- Information obtained from Apple Inc.'s TrueDepth API, including the user's facial image and expression data
- Images captured by the device's rear and front cameras
- Audio captured by the device's microphone
- Information from sensors built into the device, such as accelerometers and barometers
- Device location information
This information is used solely to provide the features of the App. This information is never stored on our servers or shared with any third party.
Regarding the TrueDepth API
The App uses Apple's TrueDepth API (ARKit face tracking and depth camera) to transmit facial movement and expression data in real time to user-designated external devices.
We explicitly state the following regarding data obtained through the TrueDepth API:
- Limited use: Data obtained from the TrueDepth API is used solely for real-time transmission to user-designated external devices.
- No storage or retention: Obtained data is never stored or retained on the device or our servers in any form.
- No identification or profiling: Obtained data is never used to identify individuals or build user profiles.
- No third-party sharing: Obtained data is never provided to or shared with any third party for any purpose.
Article 3 – Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information
Personal information entrusted to us by users is used to respond to inquiries, send emails and materials, and confirm addresses when shipping products.
We also use collected information to develop, operate, distribute, improve, and optimize our products and services, and to improve and optimize conversation content through log analysis of text input during interactions with users.
We may use collected information to notify users of software update release dates, provide user support, and send important notices such as changes to our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy.
Article 4 – Storage and Sharing of Personal Information
We manage personal information entrusted to us by users appropriately. We may provide certain personal information to the following third parties:
- Our group companies
- Companies resulting from mergers or business transfers
- Vendors, agents, and licensors to whom we outsource operations
- Legal authorities and other government agencies when required by law or legal proceedings
However, App Data will not be disclosed to any third party, even in the cases listed above.
Article 5 – Suspension of Use of Personal Information
If a user requests that we suspend or delete the use of their personal information ("Suspension, etc.") on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the scope of its intended purpose or was obtained by improper means, we will promptly conduct the necessary investigation and, based on the results, suspend or delete the use of the personal information and notify the user accordingly. However, if Suspension, etc. would incur significant costs or is otherwise difficult to implement and we are able to take alternative measures necessary to protect the rights and interests of the user, we will take such alternative measures.
Article 6 – Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. We will post all changes on this page and notify users of significant changes through our corporate website or other means.

株式会社ワントゥーテン（以下「当社」といいます）は、当社が提供する「ZIG SIM」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）における、ユーザーについての個人情報を含む利用者情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり個人情報保護方針を定め、個人情報保護の仕組みを構築し、全従業員に個人情報保護の重要性の認識と取組みを徹底させることにより、個人情報の保護を推進いたします。
第1条（プライバシー情報）
プライバシー情報のうち「個人情報」とは、個人情報保護法にいう「個人情報」を指すものとし、生存する個人に関する情報であって、当該情報に含まれる氏名、生年月日、住所、国名、電話番号、連絡先その他の記述などにより特定の個人を識別できる情報を指します。
プライバシー情報のうち「履歴情報および特性情報」とは、上記に定める「個人情報」以外のものをいい、ご利用いただいたサービスやソフトウエア、ご購入いただいた商品、ご覧になったページや広告の履歴、ユーザーが検索された検索キーワード、ご利用日時、ご利用の方法、ご利用環境、郵便番号や性別、職業、年齢、ユーザーのIPアドレス、クッキー情報、位置情報（ロケーション含む）、端末の個体識別情報などを指します。
第2条（プライバシー情報の収集方法）
当社は、ユーザーがお問い合わせをする際に氏名（ユーザー名含む）、住所、国名、電話番号、メールアドレスなどの個人情報をお尋ねすることがあります。
当社は、ユーザーについて、ご利用いただいたサービスやソフトウエア、ご購入いただいた商品、ご覧になったページの履歴、ご利用日時、ご利用の方法、ご利用環境（携帯端末を通じてご利用の場合の当該端末の通信状態、ご利用に際しての各種設定情報なども含みます）、IPアドレス、クッキー情報、位置情報（ロケーション含む）、端末の個体識別情報などの履歴情報および特性情報を、ユーザーが当社のサービスをご利用またはページをご覧になった際に収集します。
また、当社は本アプリの提供にあたり、以下の情報（以下「アプリデータ」といいます）を収集します。
- Apple Inc.「TrueDepth API」から取得する情報、ユーザーの顔画像および表情情報
- 端末のリアカメラおよびフロントカメラから取得した画像
- 端末のマイクから取得した音声情報
- 加速度センサーや気圧計など、端末に搭載されたセンサーから取得した情報
- 端末の位置情報
これらの情報は、本アプリの機能を提供するためにのみ使用されます。
この情報が当社のサーバーに保存されたり、第三者に共有されることはありません。
TrueDepth API について
本アプリは、ユーザーの顔の動きや表情データをリアルタイムに外部デバイスへ送信する機能のため、Apple の TrueDepth API（ARKit 顔追跡・深度カメラ）を使用しています。
TrueDepth API により取得したデータの取り扱いについて、以下を明示します。
- 用途の限定：TrueDepth API から取得したデータは、ユーザーが指定した外部デバイスへのリアルタイム送信のみに使用します。
- 保存・蓄積の禁止：取得したデータは端末内にも当社サーバーにも一切保存・蓄積しません。
- 個人識別・プロファイリングの禁止：取得したデータを用いて個人を識別したり、ユーザープロファイルを構築することは行いません。
- 第三者提供の禁止：取得したデータをいかなる目的においても第三者に提供・共有しません。
第3条（個人情報を収集・利用する目的）
ユーザーからお預かりした個人情報は、当社からのご連絡、ご質問に対する回答として、電子メールや資料の送付、また商品の発送時におけるご住所確認の際に利用いたします。
また当社は、収集した情報に基づいて、提供する商品またはサービスの開発、運用、配信、改善、最適化を行うこと、ユーザーとのやり取りの過程で入力されたテキスト情報をもとにログ解析を行い会話コンテンツの向上化および最適化により有意義な体験の提供につなげます。
当社は、更新プログラムの配信日のお知らせやユーザーサポートの提供のほか、利用規約やプライバシーポリシーの変更のような重要な通知を送信する時に、収集した情報を使用することができます。
第4条（個人情報の保管と共有）
当社は、ユーザーよりお預かりした個人情報を適切に管理します。また当社は、以下の第三者に対し、特定の個人情報を提供することができます。
- 当社のグループ会社
- 合併会社や事業売却会社
- 当社が業務を委託する業者、代理店、ライセンサー
- 法律によって求められる場合や法手続に必要な場合、法的機関やその他の政府機関
ただし、アプリデータについては、上記に該当する場合であっても第三者に開示することは致しません。
第5条（個人情報の利用停止等）
当社は、ユーザーから、個人情報が、利用目的の範囲を超えて取り扱われているという理由、または不正の手段により取得されたものであるという理由により、その利用の停止または消去（以下、本条で「利用停止等」といいます。）を求められた場合には、遅滞なく必要な調査を行い、その結果に基づき、個人情報の利用停止等を行い、その旨ユーザーに通知します。ただし、個人情報の利用停止等に多額の費用を有する場合その他利用停止等を行うことが困難な場合であって、ユーザーの権利利益を保護するために必要なこれに代わるべき措置をとれる場合は、この代替策を講じます。
第6条（プライバシーポリシーの変更）
当社は、プライバシーポリシーを随時変更する場合があります。当社はこのページにあらゆる変更を掲載し、重要な変更に関しては当社コーポレートサイトへの掲載などの方法でお知らせします。
